Autumn Coming?
Ahhhhhh, the cooler evenings have arrived. This time of year is my favorite in Dunsmuir. I’ve been doing a fair amount of fishing lately, and while difficult, there has been a regular hatch right before dark with some impressive rises. Unfortunately most of those rises have not been to my fly, but I think I may be narrowing in on the exact pattern. Sooner or later though, the hatches are going to be bigger bugs. I’ll head out again tonight to test my luck. I’ll let ya’ know…
